Each taster session will include:

  • A brief introduction

  • A throwing demonstration

  • A concentrated session on the pottery wheel

Who are they for?

  • Any adult or young person accompanied by an adult, who wants to have a go with clay

  • Up to max 2 people per session

Session duration and days:

  • 1 hour 15 minutes.

  • Weekend mornings from 10.30am

Price:

  • £35 per person

Important info:

  • Young person minimum age 9, they must also be able to physically handle the process (Please contact me if you require more information)

  • Aprons will be provided; wear comfortable clothing you don’t mind getting clay on

  • One item of work can be selected for finishing (by me) at an additional cost, from £5 depending on size

  • Finishing covers safe storage, turning/shaping, bisque firing, prep for glazing, glazing in your choice, glaze firing and final clean up
